The Les Chateaux Web site also includes a link to the Newell Web Compliance Portal which holds all key Legal documents for owners to view. It requires a separate password and user ID. Les Chateaux is a community of coach homes within the larger Pelican Marsh development.  In all, there are 12 three-story buildings, including 96 individual housing units.  These low-rise residences include golf course or lake views.  Each home boasts between 2,200 square feet and 2,500 square feet of living space, with a two-car garage.  They also feature three-bedroom floor plans with a screened-in lanai.  Homes were built between beginning in 1996.  Les Chateaux is located in the center of the Pelican Marsh development.  Homes are situated along Les Chateaux Boulevard in Naples, Florida.  This community is south of Pelican Marsh Boulevard, and east of Goodlette-Frank Road North.
